Intuitive Provisioning, Management and Troubleshooting with Remote Phone Control Software from Fidelus

Developed as a replacement to the end-of-life Cisco Attendant Console, the Console Operator provides a cost-effective way to turn any Cisco phone into a highly connected multi-line communication system.

The final piece to the software suite is the Fidelus Global Directory, a user-friendly UC app designed to help employees search for, locate and contact colleagues within the company with minimal effort. Each software solution is available as a free trial.
