Ron Rosansky

President and Chief Executive Officer

Ron is the president and CEO at Fidelus and was one of the original founders in 2002. In this role Ron is responsible for the overall business strategy, day-to day operations, and supporting senior leadership. Ron has over 14 years of management and consultative sales experience, of which 12 have been in the Unified Communications & Collaboration space. Working with leadership to cultivate an employee and client focused culture; Ron along with the leadership team has made Fidelus one of the most successful Unified Communications and Collaboration firms in the United States.
Tom Bamert

Chief Technology Officer

Tom is CTO at Fidelus and has 15 years of Cisco networking experience, seven of which include Cisco IP communication. In that time he has deployed over 20,000 ports of network connectivity. Tom was one of three founders of Fidelus and has been with the company since 2002.
Don Harloff

VP of Special Projects

Don is VP of Special Projects at Fidelus and has 20 years combined experience in the fields of design, telecommunications, project management, and infrastructure. He has experience in both implementation and project management of large enterprise clients in large multi-phase rollouts including; Voice, LAN/WAN, and network infrastructure projects. Don was one of three founders of Fidelus and has been with the company since 2002.
Matt Kalmenson

VP of Sales and Marketing

Matt is Fidelus’s V.P. of Sales and Marketing and has over 19 years of sales and sales management experience. Prior to joining the Fidelus team, Matt spent 16 years at CA Technologies (CA). During this tenure, Matt held various leadership roles in direct consultative sales, inside sales, channel sales and marketing. Matt was instrumental in architecting, staffing, and leading CA's 500 person sales center in Tampa, FL and most recently held various VP level sales positions within the CA's channel sales organization with North American responsibility. At Fidelus, Matt is responsible for the acceleration of sales and marketing programs via direct and indirect routes to market.
Vladimir Hrabrov

VP of Software Engineering

Vlad is VP of Software Engineering at Fidelus and has over 25 years of experience designing and developing scalable enterprise and cloud-based systems. A certified scrum practitioner and agile manifesto signatory, Vlad brings valuable experience in building strong engineering teams, a proven, disciplined approach to product development, release, risk and quality management. Prior to joining Fidelus, Vladimir held key leadership and R&D positions at Origin Digital, an Accenture company, Hewlett-Packard, Novadigm, PHD Virtual, Legent Corp and Spectrum Concepts.
Christopher Yuen

Manager of Engineering

CCIE #19554 Voice - Christopher is the Manager of Engineering at Fidelus and brings over 17 years of experience with network and systems design, implementation and support, encompassing complex LAN/WAN, security and VPN and Cisco Unified Communications solutions. Prior to joining Fidelus in 2005, he was responsible for managing the network and systems at D'Arcy Masius Benton & Bowles advertising, and Kirland & Ellis LLP. Since 2002, Chris has been focused on technology consulting services to many clients across various industries, such as legal, healthcare, professional services and media.
Karyn Crosby

Manager of Project Management

Karyn manages the Project Management Office at Fidelus, overseeing all client projects as well as internal operational initiatives and improvements. Karyn has experience managing global, 10,000+ user Unified Communications deployments requiring complex business application integration. Prior to joining Fidelus, Karyn held various positions at Johnson & Johnson, working in all facets of supply chain management – planning, procurement, manufacturing, distribution, quality – and at the Center for Supply Chain Research, where she helped Fortune 500 companies adopt supply chain and information systems best practices.
Jerry Love

Manager of Managed Services

Jerald is Manager of the Unified Communications Managed Services division at Fidelus. He has over 13 years experience within the technology industry of which 7 of them in the Unified Communications Managed Service space.
Michael Alcaide

Solutions Architect Manager

Michael is the Solutions Architect Manager, bringing more than 10 years of design experience to Fidelus. Michael previously was the Senior Global Telephony Architect of CommVault. Michael also designed UC and Telephony at Liz Claiborne and Morgan Stanley, bringing a vast knowledge of both retail and financial markets to the company. Mike holds various industry leading Certifications with Cisco, Microsoft and RIM. He also is a member of Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society and Venture Tech Networks Hall of Fame.
Stephanie Weisberg

Human Resources Manager

Stephanie is the Human Resources Manager for Fidelus and manages several key areas including internal communications, employee relations, and compliance with regulatory requirements. Stephanie began with Fidelus in 2004 and during her tenure has also served as a UC Trainer, Finance Manager, and Office Manager for the NYC headquarters. Stephanie has a Masters degree in Education from LIU and previously worked as an Elementary School Teacher.
