As a Team Member within our 27x7x365 Unified Communications NOC, you will be providing tier 2-3 top level remote support for a globally disperse client base. A team member must be able to multitask, prioritize and excel in a fast paced team orientated environment. You will be expected to remediate or implement work arounds for high priority incidents in a timely manner within production environments and ultimately provide a root cause analysis.
