This position requires extensive project management experience in leading teams and facilitating external and internal communication throughout the Unified Communications deployment processes from pre-sales to project conception, through integration, testing, quality assurance and delivery. Must be able to understand the scope of large scale Unified Communications and its dependencies and be able to develop and execute a plan which maximizes engineering productivity while minimizing overall program risk. Must possess a strong background in the Unified Communications deployment process, a working knowledge of project management strategies and techniques, as well as a successful record of on-time delivery of complex Unified Communications deployments. Must be able to assume a critical decision-making position and interface with senior management on a continuous basis.

A team member must be able to multitask, prioritize and excel in a fast paced team orientated environment.
