Account Manager
Division: Sales
Responsibilities
- Strong knowledge of managing large accounts, including forecasting, quota attainment, sales presentations skills, and new business development
- In-depth knowledge and mastery of key elements of the sales process including strategic account planning, extended resource engagement, and the sales cycle.
- Demonstrated effectiveness in sales of complex solutions including management consulting, systems integration, development and deployment.
- Demonstrated knowledge of working with complex strategic accounts including calls on key decision makers and all other levels of the account.
- Plan, organize, lead, and control balanced sales growth, continued account penetration, and customer satisfaction on a long term, multi-year focus.
- Develop an understanding of the market and market drivers, relationships with decision makers, and a pipeline of qualified opportunities.
- Develop an understanding of competitors' strategies and function as a recognized expert in the market.
- Act as the focal point for the coordination of all sales and delivery resources for all divisions within Fidelus.
- Strong ability to make important resource decisions that apply team resources to new opportunities.
- Work with the engineering team in creating integrated solutions that address complex problems.
- Responsible for motivating and developing other Account Managers, the Engineering Manager, and IPC Consultant Engineers in the pre-sales and sales process.
- Weekly, monthly and quarterly forecasting.

Qualifications
- Experience with strong sales relationships and account management.
- Significant business development and project management experience required.
- Track record of interacting and building relationships with CXO level client contacts.
- Experience managing large, multi-location consulting engagement teams desirable.
- Track record as an account manager in a rapidly growing client relationship highly desirable.
- Hands-on experience with proposal creation and leading proposal presentations.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
- Wide variety of IT and business consulting engagement experience.
- Must have demonstrated negotiation skills, be a self-starter, and a strong closer.
- Requires a minimum BA degree.
