The Fidelus Guarantee

Our organization is committed to your success, and we commit that if our service does not achieve the desired outcome defined in your Statement of Work, we will do all that we can to rectify the issue. If we are unable to do so within 30 days of escalation to management, then the Guarantee clause defined below will go into effect.

Flat-Fee Projects:
  • We will refund 2/3 of your fee if the project does not achieve your desired outcome defined in your Statement of Work.
Managed Services Contract:
  • We will provide one free month of service if we cannot rectify issues within our control within 30 days after escalation to management.
